19″ Extension KIT
The KEY 88 can be equipped with a 19″ extension at any time, even retroactively, resulting in an additional 16 HE for devices, electricity, etc. .. And should the space change, the KEY 88 can be built back again at any time.
Colors and Finishes
The Key88 studio desk is made of MDF as the base material and offers a wide range of surface options. It can be powder-coated, lacquered, or finished with high-quality real wood veneers such as Zebrano or American walnut. The desk comes in white as standard, but many additional colors from the RAL or NSC systems are available upon request to meet individual design preferences.

Background
Increased requests from (film) composers for a keyboard table, which is smaller than the DUODESK KEY 60 – ideally entirely without racks but with lot of work surface and a reasonable keyboard drawer, brought us to develop the KEY 88.
You determine the remaining legroom yourself
…specifically by choosing the keyboard. Firstly, the tray is adjustable in height eight times, and secondly, the keyboard rests on a surface that is only 2mm thick. Thus, the legroom is approximately: table height (784mm) minus table top thickness (22mm) minus keyboard height minus 2mm.
ULGDS Keyboard Drawer
The proven High Tech ULGDS (Unterlass Linear Guides Drawer System) keyboard drawer for large and heavy 88-key master keyboard is also used here. The drawer is adjustable in height, absolutely precise and stable, and locks in any position. So – depending on your application – the keyboard can be pulled out as far as needed.
The board made of steel for the Keyboard is only 2mm thick, which means a maximum of space for the legs, and not wasting space like using 20mm wooden boards.
Adjustable in height
The keyboard drawer is adjustable in height, so it can be set to your specific keyboard without wasting space. The positions are 95, 108, 121, 134, 147, 160, 173 and 186mm.
Depth of the Drawer
Keyboards with a depth of more than 40 cm can fit in the drawer. The surface area itself is 40 cm deep but is open at the back. Therefore, keyboards with a depth of, for example, 46 cm can also be used— in this case, the drawer extends 6 cm beyond the front edge when fully retracted. However, this is not very noticeable due to the slanted shape of the side parts.
Materials
The table top is made of powder coated MDF. This ensures a durable, scratch and impact resistant surface.
Customization
Changes in size, color, surface (e.g. real wood surface) or floorracks can be one on request.
